When the campaign for this new upscale product-line from Corning was created, nothing real existed for us to work with. There were prototypes, which we were told were work-in-progress and not to be taken so literally as to, say, actually photograph. So, we did a series of ads similar to this one, using illustration and food to try to convey the philosophy of the new company division without featuring real purchasable items.
